These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in all respects by the laws of the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Belleza Beach Resort shall have the right in a proper case to obtain temporary restraining orders, temporary or preliminary injunctive relief and/or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version and any translation of the following Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
No failure or delay on the part of Belleza Beach Resort in exercising any right or remedy hereunder or enforcing these Terms and Conditions will operate as a waiver thereof. If any part or provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, then the remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect. Headings are for convenience only and not for use in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Belleza Beach Resort as a result of these Terms and Conditions or use of this Site. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
