Booking forms must be filled out for all reservations. Clients should be as detailed as possible in providing information concerning their events. The Centre reserves the right to reject an application from an individual and or organization whose activities are considered incompatible with the terms. aims and objectives of ВBR.
To secure a firm booking, a minimum of 80% non -refundable cost of the booking must be paid within one week after reservation and the balance paid two weeks before the event day. Where the event is less than one month from the date of booking, full payment must be made at the time of booking. ALL PAYMENTS FOR FACILITY, ROOM(S), OR SUPPORT SERVICES MUST BE FULLY PAID AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. Payments should be in the form of bank transfers or drafts made payable to BELLEZA CONCEPT SERVICES LIMITED. Alternatively, cash can be paid directly into the Facility's bank account and the Teller submitted to BBR Accounts Department. CASH PAYMENT TO ANY STAFF OF BBR IS NOT ALLOWED. The Facility will not accept late payments. Reservations not fully paid in accordance with the aforementioned schedule, two weeks to the date, or the event will be deemed as canceled unless an agreement is reached with BB otherwise. CASH or BANK DRAFT must be paid at the bank and not to any BBR staff. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR LATE PAYMENTS.
BBR bookings are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Postponement of a reservation can be considered if the new desired date is available. Postponement is not allowed more than once. A second request for postponement and postponements made less than a month before the event will be deemed to be a cancellation and treated as such.
Technical details relating to the event must be discussed and agreed upon with the House & Operations Manager before the event to allow the Technical Team enough time to prepare for a successful event. The generator will be switched on one hour before the start of the event. A charge of Fifty Thousand Naira N50,000) per hour will apply if the generator is required outside the agreed event time.
Clients and Event Managers are advised to submit copies of publicity materials to BBR Administration at least one week before the event. There shall be no pasting of banners, flags, posters, and other promotional and decorative materials, on the walls, panels, or glass of the Facility. Nailing of any kind of hooks or staple pins with a view to hanging pictures, frames, banners, balloons, drapes, etc., is prohibited. Any other information and/or service required, such as where or how to hang banners posters, flags, tables, boards, microphones, etc. should be directed to the House & Operations Manager of the Facility. Please note that the photographs and videos taken from the premises before or during your event may be used by BBR for Publicity.
The period of hire for any of the facilities is 8 HOURS from the agreed commencement time of the event. A client that exceeds this time will be required to pay additional charges for extra hours. Promoters must ensure that the time of loading is agreed upon with BBR at the time of booking or before the event. BBR does not offer storage facilities. Promoters must therefore ensure that all sets and stage properties are removed from the premises immediately after their event. Failure to do so would attract a surcharge, which shall be deducted from the refundable deposits paid. Refundable Deposit is N 100,000 - N500,000, depending on the nature of the event.
The refundable deposit application form must be completed, signed, and returned within 7 days after the event. Failure to do so within 2 weeks after the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Clients, event managers, patrons, and promoters are responsible for ensuring adequate security and safety for their events. They must inform customers and guests of relevant measures and procedures, including entrance and exit from the rented facility.
It is the responsibility of clients and patrons to ensure that relevant licenses for their activity at the facility, such as but not limited to Copyright licenses for music, literature, and other proprietary works in compliance with applicable laws and regulations are duly obtained and are valid and paid for the period of the use of BBR facilities. The same applies in respect of any banners, posters, bills, and other advertisements exhibited within, or around the facility in connection with the programs.
Clients are advised to be on Generator if their event involves equipment that requires an uninterrupted power supply at a fee of N 50, 000 per hour outside the agreed 8 hours. However, BBR will not be responsible under any circumstances for any damage whatsoever and howsoever arising to any such equipment or for any loss of revenues, business, or profits resulting therefrom.
On no account should the decoration fabrics, materials, balloons, etc. be nailed to the wall or panels of the Facility. A penalty of N100,000 will apply if this happens.
Clients who wish to bring chairs or tables into the Facility are welcome to do so. It will be their responsibility to remove the same after the program and BB will not be liable for any loss or damage thereto, howsoever arising.
Extra hours attract a charge of N50, 000 per hour, up to a maximum of four hours.

Clients are advised to use BBR caterers. Anyone not using BBR caterers is liable to pay a daily corkage of N10,000 per head. No Caterer will be allowed to leave remnants on the premises. Any client whose caterer violates this rule will be charged a fee of N100, 000
Clients must confirm the expected number of guests when booking and wrist tags will be issued after full payment based on this number. An extra charge of N10,000 per guest beyond the confirmed number will apply. The refundable deposit may also change based on the difference in number. Guests must not exceed the facility's capacity and BBR reserves the right to enforce fire regulations. THE BBR RECEPTION AREA IS ONLY FOR IN-HOUSE GUESTS, PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Promoters and hirers must maintain high standards of cleanliness. Catering services will not be allowed to leave the site until the Cleaning Supervisor confirms that service areas have been returned to their original condition. All leftover food and garbage must be removed immediately after the event.
The Terms and Conditions must be signed by the individual Applicant/Hirer or where applicable, the company Secretary, Director, or other Authorised Executive or Representative of the Hirer.
Belleza has no grid power. We use a mix of generators and solar power.

All lights and plugs for small devices will run around the clock. All rooms have rechargeable fans.
We'd love to offer ACs for longer, but the current diesel situation in the country coupled with the lack of power supply in Ilashe is not viable.
